This Privacy Policy explains how Button LLC (doing business as Button Games) ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Peewee Hockey Store at store.peeweehockeygame.com (the "Store").

Information we collect

Order information — your email address, name, and shipping address, collected at checkout to process and deliver your order.
Design information — the custom artwork choices, team name, and product options you create, so we can produce your item.
Payment information — card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number; Stripe shares only a confirmation and limited details needed to fulfill your order.
Mailing-list information — if you opt in (via the signup form or the promotional checkbox at checkout), your email address, so we can tell you about new products.
Technical information — basic, aggregated analytics (e.g., page views) and standard server logs. Your in-progress cart is stored locally in your browser, not on our servers.

How we use information

To process, produce, ship, and support your orders.
To send transactional emails (order confirmation, shipping/tracking updates).
To send product announcements only if you opted in — you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in those emails.
To operate, secure, and improve the Store.

How we share information

We share information only with service providers who help us run the Store, and only as needed:

Stripe — payment processing.
Printify (and its print partners) — to produce and ship your order; receives your name, shipping address, and design file.
Resend — to send our emails and manage mailing-list opt-ins/unsubscribes.
Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery, and security.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law.

Data retention

We keep order records as long as needed to fulfill orders, provide support, and meet legal/accounting obligations. Mailing-list contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to opt out of certain processing. To make a request, email support@peeweehockeygame.com.

Children

The Store is intended for adults purchasing products. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll revise the "Last updated" date above when we do.
