Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Peewee Hockey Store at store.peeweehockeygame.com (the "Store"), operated by Button LLC dba Button Games ("we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Products

Items are custom, made-to-order ("print on demand") products produced from the design you create. Colors shown on screen are approximate and may differ slightly from the printed item.

Your design and content

You are responsible for the team names, text, and design choices you submit. By placing an order, you represent that you have the right to use the content you submit and that it does not infringe anyone's intellectual property, trademark, or other rights, and is not unlawful, offensive, or hateful. You grant us a limited license to reproduce your design solely to produce and ship your order. We may decline or cancel orders that appear to violate these Terms.

Orders, pricing, and tax

Prices are shown at checkout in U.S. dollars. We may correct errors and cancel or refuse orders, including suspected fraudulent orders. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Your order is confirmed when payment is completed.

Shipping

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Items typically ship within 5–7 business days; delivery times vary by carrier and destination. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier.

Returns and refunds

Because items are custom-made for you, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect design choices, or sizing. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us at support@peeweehockeygame.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Cancellations

Orders move into production quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, email us immediately — we'll help if it hasn't already been sent to production.

Intellectual property

The Store, its design tools, sprites, and branding are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or used except to create your own order.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Store is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
